About us

Audio Expert DOOEL is founded in 2007 by Dipl.-Ing. Vladimir Filevski and is devoted to designing and manufacturing of custom-made loudspeakers.

From left to right: Don Keele Jr, Richard Small and Vladimir Filevski, at 125th Convention of the AES, San Francisco, October 2008. It was an honor to meet the two giants of audio science.

Founder and general manager Dipl.-Ing. Vladimir Filevski is the only Macedonian with a science papers published in IEEE and AES:

V. Filevski: “A Novel Design of Two-Way Multimedia Loudspeaker” – IEEE Transactions on Consumer Electronics, Volume 50, Issue 3, August 2004, Pages: 787-791.

V. Filevski: “A Dipole Multimedia Loudspeaker”, 120th Convention of the AES, Paris, May 2006.

V. Filevski: “Simple Bass Equalizer for Closed-Box Loudspeaker Subwoofers”, ICCE 2008, Las Vegas, January 2008.

V. Filevski: “Optimum Placement for Small Desktop/PC Loudspeakers”, 125th Convention of the AES, San Francisco, October 2008.

V. Filevski: “Simple Amplifier for Single Frequency Subwoofer”, 127th Convention of the AES, New York, October 2009.

– In December 1995, Vladimir Filevski published the article “Compression (Closed box) loudspeaker enclosures” in the EMITER magazine, where for the first time in Macedonian language were explained the Thiele-Small parameters of loudspeakers and the procedure for designing a compression (closed) loudspeaker enclosure;

– In 1996, Vladimir Filevski published in the EMITER magazine (issues 1-2/96 and 3-4/96) the two parts of the article “Passive crossovers for loudspeakers”, where for the first time in the Macedonian language were explained the formulas and the procedure for designing loudspeaker crossovers;

– In 1998, Vladimir Filevski published a series of articles “Bass-reflex loudspeaker enclosures” in the EMITER magazine, where for the first time in the Macedonian language was explained the procedure for designing bass-reflex loudspeaker enclosures using the Thiele-Small parameters of the speakers;

Some well-known loudspeakers do not perform well, here are the improvements of their crossovers by Vladimir Filevski:
